ELI (Energy Leadership Index) Assessment and Debrief
The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary, research-backed assessment tool that takes something abstract, like the way a person views the world, and turns it into something tangible—a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future. And, it’s only available through trained ELI-MPs.

The ELI is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life. With the awareness and insights gained through the Energy Leadership Index debrief, clients have the opportunity to reshape their attitudes and worldview and “transform who they are.”
Reiki Healing
Usui Reiki is a Japanese technique for the reduction of stress and relaxation that promotes healing. It is administered by the "laying of hands" and allowing "life force energy to flow into you." Reiki is also the Japanese word for Energy Healing. Our energy system includes the chakras that affect our health and the way that we experience life. A blockage over your chakras can affect your self esteem, self confidence, ability to experience healthy relationships, ability to communicate and your natural ability to plan and move forward productively in life.

1 Crystal Reiki Session- including seven personalized chakra crystals that are cleansed, charged and programmed. After our Reiki session, I will go over how to care for and use your crystals going forward to gain the most healing.
Reiki relieves stress, ushers in peace, and seeks to bring the body back into balance. By stimulating the body’s own natural healing pathways, this Japanese technique heals emotional and physical stresses. This channeled Divine energy brings you back into alignment.
